Manager, Group Finance & Corporate Services – Financial Accounting (Operations) (Ref:096/0411/KS)
Responsibilities:
You will be rotated within the Financial Accounting which is responsible for the smooth running of day to day payment operations and ensuring that payments are made in compliance with the Group's policies and regulatory requirements. The team maintains the Group Chart of Accounts, review of GL balance/ financial statements and daily running of GL operations. The team's responsibilities also include consolidating data for filing of GST Returns to IRAS and ensuring that business units observe, comply with GST Guidelines and Procedures and administration/ maintenance of the SAP system, new system design and implementation.
Requirements:
* A recognized university degree preferably in accounting, business or finance;
* At least 2 years working experience in banking and finance industry;
* Good team player who possesses drive and initiative, good communication skills and able to work independently under pressure and tight timeline

Responsibilities:
The Accountant will be responsible for the following:

* Assists in cashflow planning and management
