Financial Controller, based in China
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, develop, and train the Finance team
* To take the lead in the development of a Financial planning framework
* Review MOUs, contracts, and other documents affecting the finances of the company
* Apply complex financial analysis tools and techniques
* Liaise with external parties such as vendors, potential partners, and government officials
* Track KPI to measure financial and operation performance
* Assist in preparing ad hoc analysis and report
Requirements:
* University graduate with degree in finance, preferably MBA, CFA, or comparable qualifications
* At least 10 years of financial working experience, of which not less than 3 must be at the management level
* Experience in the Property Development / Real Estate industry
* Preference for those with working experience in consulting, Big 4 public accounting firms, and investment banking
* Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and reporting skills
* Strong knowledge of financial modeling /analysis and access, budgeting and forecasting

Accountant/ Accounting Officer
SGD 2500 – 5500
Responsibilities:
Position 1: Accountant cum Treasury
Responsibilities:
- Perform Monthly Closing and Accounting
- Perform Monthly Management Reporting
- Tax and Deferred Tax Computation
- Preparation of quarterly audit pack submission and reporting to Group Haed office
- Prepare annual budget, monthly forecast and variance analysis
Assist the Senior Finance Manager:
- Tax related matters, statutory audit & FRS compliance and ERP related matters
- financial & management accounting (incl Key Performance Indicators preparation & alignment, assist in treasury/cashflow matters)
- System implementation , including process improvement and review of internal control

Position 2: Accounting Officer – Greater China
The Accounting Officer must build trust in the product and company and maintain positive relationships with our customers. Success in this job means that the Accounting Officer will work closely with all teams internally to insure smooth & effective communication with regards to accounts.
Accounting
* Resolve any payment/invoicing issues for Greater China customers with US Accounting Team
* Collection calls to Customers – Greater China
* Create ,Generate and Print invoices
* Verify & Approve time & expense reports
* Ensure Chinese Invoice (??) is issued in a timely manner
* Accounts Payable and Payroll responsibility for Greater China
Administrative
* Attend to phone calls promptly and professional
* Handle incoming / outgoing mails & courier services
* Document Filings
* Perform general Ad Hoc / Administrative duties daily
* Purchasing / Ordering of Stationeries, groceries etc
Requirements:
Position 1: Accountant
- Degree holder with 3 to 4 years of working experience in Accounting, preferably some audit experience.
- Experience in treasury on foreign exchange market
- Knowledge in SAP/ CODA accounting system preferred
- Organised, meticulous and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Position 2: Accounting Officer
Key Competency and Skill Requirements
* Language proficiency: English and Mandarin
* Written proficiency: English and Simplified Chinese
* Experience with China accounting rules and regulations
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking skills
