Responsibilities:
* Assist the Finance Manager to :
* Ensure compliance with corporate governance and accounting standards
* Well-versed in handling Management and General Ledger accounting functions
* Perform various accounting processes that culminate in monthly closing, consolidation and financial analysis
* Quarterly reporting to analysts
* Involve in preparation of annual budget , monthly forecasts , 5-year forecasts etc
* Compute current and deferred taxation and filing of tax returns and related ,
* Handle ad hoc projects as and when required , with the possibility of overseas work.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
