Usually when we rave about how fabulous Blake Lively is, we show a pic of her in a great leg bearing dress, or some otherwise fantastic ensemble. But today we want to give Lively her props for still remembering that sometimes celebs have to choose functionality over fashion. In an NYC snowstorm, sometimes a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. And, even in a puffy jacket and flat boots Lively looks fab! And we can't forget to give her a shout out for the fun, colorful umbrella she's sporting. Even in the most casual of dress, Lively remembers to throw something eye catching in. We love it!

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively apparently walked away with over 40 pairs of shoes at the recent Christian Louboutin sample sale. Lively said "I have sisters, so I'm getting gifts for them, and for friends. Of course I got quite a few for myself too."
