8. Update receipts on daily basis
9. To handle weekly sales report
10. To assist in Gross Margin analysis
11. To reconcile AR to GL
12. Reconcile monthly GST output tax to GL
13. To handle revaluation and accounts reconciliations
14. To print month end AR reports
15. To assist in any other adhoc duties
16. This position will handle AR functions and any adhoc duties.
Requirements:
1. Experience in handling AR functions, collections etc
2. Must be familiar with GST output tax rules and requirements
3. Minimum two years of relevant working experience
4. Diploma in Accountacy, LCCI or equivalent
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
6. Experience in SAP would be advantageous but not necessary
7. Strong analytical skills, resourceful and meticulous
8. Able to work independently
