WatchLive StreamingPakistan vs West Indies 1st Quarter Final Cricket Worldcup 2011 Online on March 23
1st Quarter Final will be played between Pakistan and West Indies in ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 at Shera Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur on 23rd March 2011.
Pakistan vs West Indies World Cup 2011 Quarter FinalThis will be the power pack, hugely crowded and massively entertaining game of cricket as we all know that Quarter Finals have always been full of thrills and hotness in Asian conditions. If we look at history of World Cups, it was the World Cup of 1996 when Quarter Finals were used as a second round, accidentally that Quarter Final between Pakistan and India will never be memorable for Pakistan’s fans for obvious reasons. But, from then on there were Super Sixes and Super Eights in World Cups from 1999 to 2003 and then in 2007 as well.
But things have quite changed now, we are in 2011 and all set to witness one of the four most nerve cracking games of cricket. This first Quarter Final will be somewhat the most thrilling and unexpected of the rest of the four because of the under dog nature of both the teams. Pakistan has beaten Australia on Saturday and put breaks to their invincible world cup journey since 1999, and after this historic win Pakistan cricket team must have been feeling like on the top of the world and their morals must be as high as the blue sky at the moment.
Definitely, the way Green Shirts outplayed Australians was worth watching for any cricket lover, but they need three more victories to fire up the stage and make this event unforgettable for them. Afridi’s men surely have THAT spark in them to show the world that they can bring the cup to home. But,
WHY EVERYBODY IS IGNORING WEST INDIES??
Pakistan vs West Indies Live Quarter Final
They have World Cups in their blood and veins, after all they are the pioneers, the ‘Godfathers Of Cricket’ at one time! I know that ‘Black Tornado’ (Kaali Aandhi)has gone past alot of years ago. But have you guyz seen some spark in their young lads when they give their 100% on field? I know they are inexperience and most probably all my melow dramatic blogging will end up in a straight comfortable win for Pakistan, but as a team captain Shahid Afridi must not only say this in his speech that “NO TEAM IS WEAK” , but he must acknowledge this fact with his heart and soul as well and he must try to keep this in his mind that his unpredictable hand movements (I am sorry I didn’t meant nothing except his bad shot selection) can cost a match to the whole team. We’ll discuss Afridi later in detail but let’s get back to the point we were discussing.
