"Le Diable au Corps"
Autumn / Winter 2011 Women's Collection Statement:
In a suppressed world where few were brave enough to listen to their inner voice, painter Tamara de Lempicka lived an authentic life without fear or conformity. She was the catalyst for today's contemporary woman Kevork Kiledjian envisions in this Collection: an indefinable being, intelligently confident in their environment. At its foundation, the Autumn/Winter Collection is a study of life's opposites: fabrics and desires that only in contrast create harmony. Tamara knew this inherently. Centered upon an emotional ballet of black, purple, camel, and gold; his latest collection reflects what it means to be radical; trusting oneself by ignoring the outside chatter. Opulent feather print blouses, tailored leather jackets, and colorful fur mark a new time, when one forgets to fear.

ABOUT Kevork Kiledjian:
Kevork Kiledjian was born into the world of art and design. With a mother inspired by architecture and a father who worked as a couturier for Lanvin, it is no wonder that Kiledjian was bound for success. As a young designer, he founded the brand Triiad, which he received great acclaim in the realm of French streetwear. In 2008 he launched the luxury line, Guilty Brotherhood. The line's vision of the elegant, yet sensual woman attracted the press and the public alike. After moving from France to New York, Kiledjian launched his eponymous collection, Kevork Kiledjian. For the Spring / Summer 2011 season, the line maintains Kiledjian's sensuous, refined aesthetic. Infusing the luxurious garments with beauty and strength.
